Step 1 :
Guided tour of our vineyards at the foot of the Albères mountains
The tour begins at Mas Saint-Joseph, an emblematic site of the Deprade Jorda winery, where our prestigious cuvées are produced. Situated in the foothills of the Albères mountains, Mas Saint-Joseph offers a breathtaking view of the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. This idyllic setting is the perfect place to understand the influence of our terroir on our wines. As you walk through our vineyards, you’ll discover the specific characteristics of the grape varieties we grow. You’ll understand the impact of the Mediterranean climate and soil diversity on the typicity of our wines.
Step 2 :
Immersion in the family saga
The tour continues with a dive into the rich and fascinating history of the Deprade Jorda winery. We’ll tell you all about the evolution of our winery since its foundation, including the winemaking traditions we’ve kept alive.
You’ll have the chance to visit our historic cellar, one of the last still in operation in the heart of Argeles sur Mer. We’ll show you the winemaking process step by step, from harvest to bottling and ageing.
Step 3 :
Tasting, food and wine pairing
The tour concludes with a tasting of our wines in an atypical setting: the Chai Deprade. Our wine bar is the ideal place to enjoy dishes carefully prepared by our chef, accompanied by a selection of our wines.
