A clay-limestone soil, composed of clay with limestone in the form of pebbles, is a soil of sedimentary origin.
Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation and retention of residual sugars (10g/litre).

Color : Intense, limpid, brilliant golden color. Nose : Intense, explosion of exotic fruits and apricot notes. Mouth : Very tasty, well-balanced between sugar and acidity.
