1 – Seller identification

2 – Protection of minors
In accordance with article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, which stipulates that the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of eighteen (18) is prohibited, the Customer undertakes, by completing the order form, to have reached the age of eighteen (18) by the date of the order.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, and should be consumed in moderation.
The products sold on this website contain alcohol and should be consumed in moderation.
3 – Products, packaging and prices
The Vendor sells wines, hereinafter referred to as “Products”, via the Internet site.
– Bottles are delivered in cartons in multiples of 6.
– One magnum counts as 2 bottles.
– The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes, i.e. VAT at the rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in this rate will be reflected in the sale price of the products. This Price includes the price of the Products, handling, packaging and transport costs. The Price is expressed in Euros.
– Discounts may be granted to the Customer depending on the quantity of Products ordered, or in the case of orders for products identified as “On special offer”, delivered to the same address in mainland France.
– Shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense. The cost of transport is calculated automatically by the website, according to the number of bottles and/or the delivery zone chosen. (See delivery charges below)
– Goods remain the property of the Vendor until full payment has been received.
4 – Payment
This merchant website allows the Customer to make payment in several ways :
– by credit card: this method allows the customer to pay directly online. Once the order has been validated on the Vendor’s site, and the order number assigned, the customer is redirected to the Vendor’s bank’s secure site (Terminal de Paiement Electronique – TPE). This site must be displayed using the secure protocol https:// in the Customer’s Internet browser.
The Eftpos terminal installed on the present site carries out the enhanced identification of the Customer’s bank card, known as 3D SEcure (MasterCard) or Verified by Visa (VISA). In the first phase of this double identification procedure, the customer is asked to provide his/her bank card number, expiry date and the security code on the back of the card. In the second phase, the bank connects to the bank issuing the credit card, and asks the customer for further codes specific to each bank. Customers should contact their bank if they encounter any difficulties in step 2 of the identification process.
All data relating to the payment of your orders is encrypted so that the information you give us is protected during transmission to our payment processing center.
5 –Transport – Delivery time
To ship our selection of products safely across France, we have chosen reliable and responsive partners. Although transport is the responsibility and risk of the buyer, our responsiveness and the quality of our partners enable us to guarantee an irreproachable after-sales service.
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order, by the carrier appointed by the Vendor. The Vendor undertakes to deliver the Products within a maximum of 10 working days, except in the event of extreme weather conditions making the transport of Products inadvisable (extreme heat or frost). In the event of failure to meet this deadline, the Customer may request the Vendor to cancel the order outright.
Goods are supplied at the price applicable at the time of invoicing, the date of invoicing corresponding to the day on which the goods leave our warehouses. Prices include VAT and are net ex-packaging (except for special packaging which is taxed in addition, e.g. wooden crates) and ecopackaging tax. Prices may be modified at any time, subject to two months’ notice.
In the absence of the addressee or of a person able to take possession of the products at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card at the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
6 – Réserves
The Customer may only express reservations upon delivery of the Products in the event of delivery which does not quantitatively conform to the order, or in the event of the package containing the Products being seriously damaged. These reservations must be made in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery, or no later than 12 hours after delivery. A copy of these reservations must be sent by post or e-mail to the Vendor no later than 12 hours after these reservations have been made. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the carrier’s confirmation of these reservations.
If the above procedure has been followed, and if it is thus proven that the reservations are due to the fact that the package and the Products are badly damaged, the Vendor will, at its discretion, refund the Customer the Price paid or make a new delivery of similar Products.
If the delivery does not conform quantitatively to the Order, the Vendor will only refund the difference in price between the Products ordered and those delivered, and only if the Products delivered are of a lower price than those ordered and paid for. No reservations may be made in relation to the taste, appearance or freshness of the Products.
7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law in force, the buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day following receipt of the goods. Purchasers exercising this right must return the goods in their original packaging (unopened bottles) to the Vendor’s address, at their own expense and responsibility.
The Vendor will reimburse the purchaser within 14 days of the return of the Products. The refund will include the cost of delivery to the Customer. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Remember to group your orders with neighbors, friends or family members to reduce shipping costs.
