Piémont des Albères. A clay-limestone soil, composed of clay in which limestone is found in the form of pebbles, it is a soil of sedimentary origin.
100% Traditional de-stemmed. Maceration for a minimum of 3 weeks, with daily trapping and pumping over.
8 months in vats and 6 months maturing in bottles.
Alcohol content : 15% Vol.
Color : Purplish red, sustained intensity, limpid and slightly shiny. Nose : Notes of spices (licorice) and red fruit. Mouth : Lively and mineral. Beautifully concentrated aromas of liquorice, red and black fruits. Tannins present but mellow.
