Piémont des Albères. A clay-limestone soil, composed of clay with limestone in the form of pebbles, it is a soil of sedimentary origin.
Grapes are harvested when ripe. 100% traditionally destemmed. Direct pressing, mutage in liquid phase, and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (15°C). The result is a wine with a natural sweetness, derived from grape sugars that have not fully fermented. Bottling takes place in spring.
6 months in stainless steel vats. Alcohol content : 16% Vol.
BIB Open : Consume within 3 weeks, 1 month maximum. BIB Unopened : Keeps for 3 to 4 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat.
