Sandy loam soil. A rich, fertile soil that's easy to work. It is composed of clay, sand and silt.

4 months in vats and early bottling.
Alcohol content : 12,5% Vol.
Color : Pale gold, limpid and brilliant. Nose : Aroma of white-fleshed fruits such as tart apples. Mouth : Slight sweetness at the start, followed by lovely acidity to balance it all out.
