The attack is explosive, dominated by blackberry and black cherry jam. Delicate notes of undergrowth, truffles and venison add subtlety to this aromatic bouquet. Zan, an undeniable characteristic of the great Syrahs of the Albères, dominates, then harmoniously gives way to the fruit and spice aromas detected on the nose. Other spices such as gray pepper and chili pepper emerge on the finish. Tight, mellow tannins accompany this structured, round wine.

Les Albères, calcareous schist, clayey sedimentary rock.
4 weeks of complete vinification in barrels with daily punching of the cap.
Aged 12 months in new oak barrels or 2-3 wines.
Alcohol content : 15% Vol.
Color : Bordeaux red, very intense, limpid and brilliant. Nose : Very complex and rich, marked by jammy black fruit and spices (cocoa, cinnamon). Mouth : Fleshy and as complex as on the nose, accompanied by other spices such as gray pepper and chili pepper on the finish. Tannins are tight and mellow. Ce vin a de nombreuses caudalies.
