Aged for over 20 years in oak barrels, this sweet natural wine seduces with its captivating aromas of cinnamon, caramel and gingerbread. On the palate, lightly toasted notes add depth and incomparable elegance. Rivesaltes Ambré Hors d’âge is the perfect accompaniment to a platter of mature cheeses, or a dessert such as chocolate cake.

A clay-limestone soil, composed of clay with limestone in the form of pebbles, is a soil of sedimentary origin.
De-stemmed harvest, direct pressing followed by mutage in the liquid phase. Mutage consists of adding alcohol to the must during vinification to interrupt fermentation. Traditional white winemaking.
+ Over 20 years of oxidative aging in new oak barrels or 2-3 wines.
Alcohol content :17% Vol.
Color : Amber color with golden highlights, limpid and brilliant. Nose : Complex, marked by sweet spices such as cinnamon, caramel and gingerbread aromas. Mouth : On the palate, you'll find all these aromas, with light toasty notes brought on by the ageing process.
